I was trying to source a quality coaster with personalised engraving for a gift. I contacted several companies and from the start RS-Engraving stood out as exceptional. They got back to me by return with any query. I tried a few coasters for quality and theirs were the fastest delivered and the best. But I wanted something quite specific (10cm diameter and nearer 1cm thick with a felt back, not rubber feet). I was in personal comms with 'Richard' at this point and I shared what we were after and he offered to source it for us! I was bowled over. We sent him a couple of quite different designs. He engraved one onto test slate and sent us a photo - it was fabulous. He then sourced the thick, smooth slate, engraved everything from our files and sent everything super securely within barely a few days. This company really is exceptional - go straight here!
